Slamet Garut public hospital as many as 996 cases or (7.6%), which ranks 8th out of 10of biggest disease case in dr. Slamet Garutpublic hospital. typhoidfever is an infectious intestinal disease caused by salmonella typhi that can be transmitted through oral, fecal, food, and contaminated beverages. Purpose of casestudyis to explore a problem or phenomenon with detailed limitation has a deep data retrieval and include various sources of information. This case was performed on two patients with typhoid fever with hyperthermia nursing problems. : The method used is a form of case study where to explore a problem or phenomenon obtained through the process of nursing care, such as assessment, data collection, interviews, observation, and documentation. This case study was conducted on two clients with tyhpoid fever with hyperthermic nursing problems. The result after the nursing care with warm compresses, on both clients showed the same result of the decrease in body temperature on the client 1 from the temperature of 39.7 oC to 36.8 o C and on the client 2 from 39.5 oC to 36.5 oC temperature this shows that on client 1 and client 2 results in a decrease in body temperature within normal limits. Discussion: clients with hyperthermic nursing problems do not always have the same response in the decreaseof body temperature in hyperthermic patients this is influenced by the condition and health status of previous clients.
